Troop 959 has many adult leaders who volunteer their time and resources to help the Scouts achieve their program goals.  These adults are registered with the Boy Scouts Of America and their roles are associated with one of the three Troop adult leadership groups: the Program Staff, the Troop Committee, or the Chartered Organization (Grace Lutheran Church).  Each of these groups has a lead member who also guides the troop through a steering committee.
